verify your receipt
Check your sales receipt to ensure the correct number of pieces and configuration are on your order. If you've ordered power reclining, be sure it's on your receipt.
confirm measurements
Double check the measurements of all your pieces to ensure they fit in your desired space. For sofa sleepers, the minimum doorway width needed to fit through is 32 inches.

If ANYTHING is wrong with your purchase, or if you'd like to add your order, please call your sales associate as soon as possible, at least 48-72 BEFORE delivery.

When you stand in front of the piece, the arm is on the left side.

grain variation
- Leather hides are as unique as fingerprints (no 2 will ever be the same)
- Grain variaton is completely normal
- Just like skin on our palms and knuckles are different, the same can be applied to leather
wrinkles + scars
- Leather is natural, which comes with imperfections
- These markings are like wrinkles and scars on human skin and completely normal
recliner gapping
- Gaps between the back, seat, and arms are all normal
- The purpose is so pieces don't rub together and wear down
lighting/color
- Different lighting creates differing color tones on your piece from the showroom
- In natural lighting, it may appear lighter; in darker spaces, it may appear darker
- Sage and khaki have dramatically different tones depending on lighting
pilling
- Caused by broken fibers emerging and clinging to fabric's surface
- This is not a defect
- Regular maintenance prevents fuzz from forming
